"Only went in to refund a faulty item I bought 2 days earlier from their Hayes store. The queue was unnecessarily long simply because only 1 member of staff was running both Customer Services AND the kiosk. Other than that the process from explanation to refund (mainly as I had my receipt unlike the customer before me) was less than 2 minutes."

"ASDA superstore is the place where you can find all the necessary goods required for your day to day living. The product that the provide are good in quality and reasonable in price as well. Located in High Street which is very easy to reach. This place has connectivity to all the major buses from the nearest bus station."

"2 stars,due the fact past 2 months this store hasn't had any trollies big or small,as a customer doing a big shop you don't want to walk around finding one,seems as though they are lost or misplaced as they seem to only have a handful left.also hand scanners are becoming a hit or miss when scanning your shopping if the scanner freezes the staff are very un helpful guiding you towards a till to start over again."

Bella who works in George section was so helpful she went that extra mile when I couldn't find the size jeans on the rack she went into the stock room and looked for me the opposite to Hayes branch all I got off the girls there was check online I was not impressed the Feltham store fantastic with helpful friendly staff"

"Was here on a Friday in Feltham for the afternoon and needed to buy a few bits and pieces and loved everything about this ASDA! First impressions in that there where enough small and big trolleys available at the entrance of the store. George textile collection for Kids, Women’s and Men’s have got nice variety of quality designs at reasonable cost. Fruits and Veg, Baby section, Milk, bread, world foods, fresh foods, meat, drinks, snacks you name it, collect and take home. Asda own brand items are cheaper than other brands with good quality and I always select them mostly. Wine and drinks selections have got most of the brands in the market with cases at cheaper price. Small and larger Self checkouts, staff checkout are available based on convenience. What I also liked is that it has a pharmacy too and it’s situated next to a wide range of shops nearby such as sports direct, Holland and Barrett etc and ample parking. A really nice experience in this Asda and I recommend you to do your shopping here in Asda Feltham."
