"Lovely lady at the desk Very helpful"
"I ordered parts but they turned out to be wrong so I returned them on the same day and they ended up charging me 25% worth of the parts which is illegal as when the parts are returned within 14 days they should refund the full worth of the order. I asked them to show me where it states that they will charge this when the parts are returned and they couldn't answer that. I called their customer service and they told me that they had no right to do this charge. I already reported this to consumers rights."
