"Well i will start with DISAPPOINTED booked to my daughters 9th birthday she was so excited after seeing the videos of the neon theme room well we arrived and went in the room I was in shock the party room was the size of a closet no tables to put drinks on so all had to hold them mock tail Glasses weren’t like the pictures either just plastic glasses the 30 minute entertainment lasted all Of 10-15 mins quick effortless game of limbo and musical chairs the prize is a pack of haribo sweets stated in description was a top DJ however it was a speaker paid an extra £20 for photo booth that’s a cupboard with a hole in the wall and I kid you not a mobile phone !! The curtain kept falling and hitting the kids !! The food was ok 4 nuggets and 5 chips witch they waited for for over an hour kept hearing kids tell there parents they where starving no snacks no nothing !! And am not happy at all when I read top DJ and loads of fun amd games that was not what we got what so ever no fuss made over the birthday girl what so ever and party games where effortless the only reason they were kept entertained was because of the foam machine if I didn’t pay extra for that they would have been bored out there skulls when we got home my daughter even said it wasn’t as good as she thought and if am honest I felt ashamed !! Although we did get a partial refund I still don’t think £200 (after refund ) is worth it so before you think about booking I would check the size of the party rooms and ale note of this review ! There was just no interest in entertaining the children or even making a fuss of my little girl on her day she’s waited so long for although staff were nice the entertainers where nice but didn’t entertain they looked bored and like they didn’t want to be there just shocking Little girls first birthday party and unfortunately wasn’t a great day like we had hoped I could of baught a disco light and threw one in my back yard for a fraction of the price I paid here so I would definitely not be booking here for future party’s am afraid"

"My daughter had an arts and crafts party yesterday, it was absolutely fantastic! From the minute we arrived it was all about my daughter from the people on the desk telling her how lovely she looked to the ladies organising her party. Everything I had asked for was done and so much more. I can't thank Becky and her team enough Everyone was so patient and attentive, it was brilliant! The food was great, really good choice, big portions and all fresh. I can't recommend them enough, fantastic place! A big, big thank you to Becky, the ladies in the party and everyone in the party zone / soccer dome"

"What an amazing venue this is for children’s birthday parties! Disco lights to confetti cannons, this party venue has everything you need for a celebration of any type/theme! Well organised by all staff! A wide range of music for all the music lovers that like to get their dancing shoes on too! Would highly recommend this venue to everyone!"

"Excellent place for children’s parties! Great equipment and the party room is a fantastic size to accommodate both small and large groups of children. Very good selection of party packages to suit all children’s different interests of all ages. The personalised birthday presentation designed specifically to the birthday boy/girl makes the party that little bit more special too! Cannot recommend this place enough. A+++"

"Had my sons 6th Birthday Party here, the room was amazing. There was something for all the guests to enjoy! The kids especially loved the snow cannons - it was like a mini foam party. And the photo booth was brilliant and helped capture all the special memories too! The staff were brilliant and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Thank you to all the staff at Kids Party Zone it was the best party my son has had yet!"
