"We held our daughters 4th birthday at the Frankie + Lola's at the weekend and we can't recommend the venue enough. Sandra and Ian helped us set up the tables prior to the party and provided all the assistance we needed for the smooth running, catering for 16 children! The kitchen staff were brilliant, taking orders and bringing hot drinks to all our guests (the drinks were great value for money too). The children thoroughly enjoyed the soft play equipment and food provided (we went for the cold sandwich option). We booked the party directly with the venue as the web booking system is not yet up and running."

"We visited Frankie and Lolas today with my nearly 2 year old son and nephews as a after school treat. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the boys were so excited to get in and play. It’s amazing in there!! And nice that the areas are separate for the different age ranges. The girl behind the snack bar was very friendly too. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you."

"Had my son's 4th birthday at Frankie and Lola's and I am so glad we did. Everything was so simple and stress free. We booked at short notice and Sandra the manager took care of everything. The party area was really nicely decorated when we arrived and the food was great. The party area is open and right next to the main play area for easy access. Parents can see into the play area while sitting at the party tables meaning we were able to relax while the kids played. We will definitely be back."

"I booked my daughter’s 3rd birthday party here after visiting for the first time after Christmas. From start to finish the staff were all really helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the area was set up beautifully so I had no need to do anything! The children (aged 1-5) all had a wonderful time, the centre is perfectly set up to cater for older and younger children and safe for them all to play without worrying. The food was great too. As children’s parties go, this was pretty stress free and excellent value for money. Thank you to you all, my daughter’s first ever non covid birthday was a great success."
