To which Jasmine was very helpful in finding the best prices in travel cost, a cheap hotel on the way home, the best travel dates and the overall best value for money. "all the team are fabulous, especially Sophie who has helped us transfer our holiday from this year to next due to the cancellation occurred because of covid-19 pandemic and the shut down of travel. Sophie has been brilliant rebooking our dates, i heard horror stories of people paying £100`s of pounds more ... not us we move our holiday to the end of the month the following year and it only cost £30 extra. Sophie took away all our worry and put our minds at rest... she has gone above and beyond rebooking our extras like airport lounge.... without a doubt we will only book any holiday or travel through the hays branch in central York. I hope that all the lovely team in there manage to keep their jobs as its very uncertain and difficult times for the travel industry at present.
