"After paying £12 for a phone charger only to discover it was a cheap pound shop item that did not even work properly, I returned it to this store and was spoken too in the most disgusting manner. They refuse to refund me my money as it was not in line with thier policy. The policy being that they don't allow returns of items even if they are damaged. All I have nice to say about this place is its location. Too bad about the proprietors. Avoid this store as there are much better places in Brentwood. Ps. After reading some other reviews on here I notice the owners accusing alot of reviewers of giving bad reviews for the sake of it, and this is "unfair". I'd like to mention all this stores 5 star ratings are all from people called Abdollah, Bilal, Moj, Azzam etc one of which is name and comment is in Arabic??? Is it not also unfair that your friends and family are giving you unearned 5 star ratings? Cos let's face it the demographic of Brentwood is hardly reflected in your 5 star ratings is it. Pps. I never threatened anyone. You think putting the faulty item on the counter and saying you may aswell throw it in the bin since it don't even work is abusive? Get out your own way you foolish little man. You know full well you're in the wrong. Why are you lying? The item was faulty and did not charge properly without cutting out. I don't tolerate lying cheats neither, and il spread the word."
