"Absolutely ridiculous they close between 9:45 and 9:55 when they close at 10 because they can't be bothered staying in till ten honestly they are getting reported because they are supposed to stay open till 10"
"Staff does not acknowledge customers whether they come in/ out of the store. When I’ve popped my head in (I was with my son who was in the pram) and I’ve asked about availability of an item the staff member just said “I don’t know” without checking or even offering to check. Staff on the till usually on their phones even when approached by the customer. Staff seems unhappy and makes the customer feel like a massive inconvenience. Only go there as my last option which is a shame to the business. I would score zero stars if that was an option."
