"We visited the smaller location and were greeted by Colin, who gave us knowledge and opinions on the wood we were considering to purchase, he was very helpful and explained where the larger location was to pick out the wood we wanted to purchase (this was less than a mile away) we then spoke to Tracey who was in the store and she assisted us, explaining and showing us fixings etc for the wood product we were to purchase. She was so helpful and patient with the questions the other half asked and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy! We then made our way to the larger location which was a very short distance away to pick the wood we wanted to purchase and we were met by Ian, who was also vey helpful and knowledgeable in this field, he helped us pick the wood pieces we wanted and the payment process and delivery process was quick and simple! Great team of people here, what a credit to the brand! Thank you."

"After always having ordered or purchased building material from B&Q for years, this was the first time I ordered some garden fencing materials from Lawsons, especially as B&Q did not offer the option to deliver, despite the fact that the order was well over £100. He was super courteous, obliging and brilliant in helping me get the material through to my back garden. Okeim's kindness helped me to get over the fact that Lawsons has forgotten to bring a fence panel which was one of the items I had ordered and they were supposed to deliver along with the others - which is why I had stayed home from the office. However Okeim made up for this and kept in touch the next day and had the fence panel delivered without a problem or fuss. A big thank you to Okeim. "Really helpful when I recently ordered Velux Windows taking time to give me some good information that I was having trouble understanding. Kept me up to date with the delivery which was delayed but this was in all fairness due to a wait from Velux themselves for electrical parts. Returned calls when promised. "Excellent service! Ian was exceptionally helpful prior to the delivery. Was aware delivery was being made to a one-way street with overhead cables. Attended site on the day of delivery to supervise lift. Andy was an exceptionally experienced driver / crane operator. Parked conveniently to one side so not to block the road and cause any inconvenience to my neighbours and then drove in when space had been made. Health and Safety was adhered to during the lift. i.e. coned off, plates underneath stabilisers, correct slings etc. Delivery was on time without any issues, professional and well mannered team. Would recommend / use again without any hesitation!"
