"All my employers have used sts for flooring materials in the last 10 years+. The staff on the counter are always good, the office staff are good on the phone but the deliver drivers are a**holes, they deliver to which ever order they like, your expecting a 9 am delivery and the drivers come at 3pm. If your waiting for an sts delivery dont count on the times your quoted, the office doesn't really know because the drivers then choose there order regardless of arrangements made with the office."

"Tried to use this company last week service is absolutely disgusting. With drew my order after speaking to Nina who told me she was a manager know wonder the service is so poor if she is responsible for the training of staff. Her attitude toward a customer was so poor told me my order was only small at 2k and deals with orders In excess of 10k regularly very dismissive and uncaring. Can only imagine how she treats her staff if this is the way she treats a customer. Avoid at all cost!!!"
