"Tried charging around £20 for a small can of solvent cement and around 6 or 7 overflow fittings. Took the overflow fittings that I needed and 2 out of 5 bends split when pushed onto the pipe. Poor quality material at extortionate prices. £1.57 per fitting when it's available for 68 pence from tool station."

"We ordered some materials , they charged us an extra carriage charge to bring the wood in . They turned up with the wrong wood even though it was very clear what wood was ordered. They didn't even have the decency to refund us costs of carriage having made the mistake . Really poor customer service , we were such good customers using them for our entire renovation project They haven't behaved or treated a good customer well or appropriately."
