"I purchased a Karcher Pressure Washer from them witch arrived broken and I immediately informed them of the issue which they initially apologised and agreed for it to be picked up from the same address where it was delivered. I prepared the product ready to be pickled up and I also filled in the return label as instructed and I choose for it to be replaced with a new one. On the day of the pick as it was approaching the limit I called them and they reassured me and insisted the courier will come but nobody did. This carried on for more than a week by them telling me daily that they will definitely come to pick up today and tomorrow and me waiting around for Father Christmas to turn up. They eventually refunded me the money and when I asked for some sort of compensation for the massive inconvenience they had caused me and all they offered was free delivery which i thought it was absolutely pathetic. To this date I find myself in the same situation where i initially started and that is without the pressure washer I committed to buy from them. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I am and remain an extremely dissatisfied customer as a result of their failures."
