"Polite and friendly staff, pre Covid experience was usually 4 or 5 stars. However, their Covid provision at this store is woefully slow in comparison to tool station on the same industrial unit. Slower than usual service is to be expected in the circumstances but the member of staff on the door was listening to music and constantly playing with their phone. Doesn't send the right message when you've got a line of people waiting."
