"Staff goes extra mile to help with advice, they help calculate right amounts. I never had to re-order more or was left with too much spare. I had a very big roofing job recently (over 300sq mtr to re-tile) and it all went smooth thanks to the guys. Yard guys are always on hand and friendly, nothing seems to be a problem for them. There is also free pallet scheme that they run - at the front fence every day you can find different pallets ready to be collected without a charge."

"Over estimated tiles for roof and refuse return.... My builder took in a drawing and dimensions, AllType estimated the number of low pitch tiles to be 160. After the completion, even with the usual breakages we had 60 left over - nearly 40%! I contacted them and the refused the return because they were special order. If I had estimated I would understand but this is disgraceful, their mistake and I end up paying. I won't go back"
