"Placed an order with them & was very friendly up until the point a mistake was made by them with my order. Called up the Leyton branch and the friendly customer service soon went out of the window spoke to an Ian who was extremely rude and didn't want to assist in correcting the mistake he also put th phone down on me when I called up again he said it had nothing to do with him and to call head office in Walthamstow or call back on Monday to speak to a manager (extremely unprofessional) I am now extremely unhappy with the service and regret placing an order with them through a recommendation"
