"Staff at Trade Point were fantastic, helpful and friendly.... Hence the 4 stars. The main Bnq store however, was a different story. I enquired on a particular Porcelain floor tile I'd seen on line, that was not on the shelf. Having led me sullenly to the enquiries desk to check stock, asked how many boxes I wanted. I said 15 but wanted to physically see the tile before I bought them. They shuffled off without a word and after a minute or so, shuffled back making it plain that they were heavy and as I apologised (??) and took them, just looked down like they'd chipped her nails and said nothing. We left without buying them. If I'd ordered online and collected from Trade Point I'd have given 5 stars. Staff I interacted with in the main store.... Be lucky to get 1 star."

"Came in to pick up a handful of engineering bricks on a Sunday. Was told I couldn’t buy the bricks they had on display and they were only for bulk delivery. I think I will never bother coming here again as it makes zero sense when the TradePoint card offers virtually no discount on products which are very overpriced in my opinion. But when you can’t even buy what’s on display it makes no sense at all. The only reason anyone buys from B&Q is for convenience, If that’s gone there is no point."
