"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID The worst Toolstation store I have ever been to. Rude and unprofessional staff (only one person). They were trying to sell me the wrong size cable (0.75mm instead of 1.5mm). When I explained that the cable was not what I ordered the sale assistant became very aggressive and rude. I showed her the marking on a cable and the top of the dram which were done by the manufacturer which clearly stated that the cable was 0.75mm. However, it didn't convince her. Instead of apologizing, she said that she doesn't care what I am saying and what written on cable and its dram. The sticker from the Toolstation, which was wrong, stated it was 1.5mm, and for her, it was the primary evidence. Even after she brought the 0.75mm cable dram to compare both cables, she denied confirming that both cables are same explaining that she is not an electrician. You do not need to be an electrician to confirm that the two items are the same size just looking on them and touching them. Overall, I will never shop in this store again."
