"Came down to collect an order after checking opening time on the website. I would have not ordered the item here as it is far away from where I live. The staff unapologetically said they were already closed, total waste of my time."

"A good, convenient shop with decent prices. The staff are nice and always willing to help. However, there are never enough staff on the tills, half the tills are always closed and the "self service" tills are an unintuitive waste of time for regular customers. As people have mentioned there are always queues for the tills, per above."

"I used to love shopping here but no longer. I went today (20th Jan) and there were hardly any items on the shelves. I didn't get at least four items I wanted even though they said on the website they were in stock, glad I didn't choose click and collect for anything as I would have probably been waiting hours, as most stock seemed to be on cages. There needs to be more staff as there was only one lady on the till, and she didn't exactly scream helpful customer service, I won't be rushing back to this store, and not sure if they are closing down and that is why there is no stock."

"Pretty solid place, nice staff, friendly easy to find what you want neat and tidy would definitely recommend. it's even a place that I would travel to go to. large selection of brewing equipment/items and large selection of high quality soft furnishings"
