"I've been a frequent customer of this store and I must say, I've always had a positive experience with the staff. They're always friendly and accommodating. However, my visit this morning left me feeling disappointed. I encountered a staff member who I had not seen before, he had tattoos and a ponytail. Sadly, he had an aggressive attitude and seemed very uninterested in helping me. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I eventually decided to go to Screwfix instead to purchase what I needed."

"Staff was very unhelpfull. Needed some items for tonight and the lady said she does not have enough time to pick the items and finalise the transaction before 8. All she offered to do in the time that was left is to give me a basket number to pick it up tomorrow, and refused even to give me just 1 item that was the most urgent for me. Make sure you leave plenty of time for them to walk around before closing time."

"As an occasional shopper at Toolstation, finding products isn’t very easy. The staff suggested a couple options for a cooling fan. One of the staff members believe her name was Chris suggested a tower fan that I don’t ever regret buying now. Customer service was outstanding, definitely suggest Toolstation as a go to."
