"I'm giving a 3 star rating to cover my two visits. I needed hose clamps and was told about this store. I was given quite a few glares when I entered and no one appeared to want to assist. When I explained what I required, I was told the store didn't sell them. Needless to say, I left feeling somewhat confused. I was in the area again a few days later and decided to retry. The atmosphere was different this time. I was directed to another counter in the store, was shown a range of clamp sizes by a friendly gentleman and made my purchase. Not sure what the frosty atmosphere was about first time round, but I eventually got what I required."
