"I used this shop once around 8 months ago. Appalling staff. Extremely rude and use of bad language in front of customers. I was doing a DIY project at home and had no idea about what paint types to use, materials etc. male assistant was able to talk me through what was ok to use, but I felt he didn’t care. When it came to mix the paint at the machine the female staff member was absolutely appalling with attitude. Rolling eyes when I asked about tin sizes and paint finish results. Very unprofessional talking amongst themselves loudly about socialising and drinking, and use of swear words in front of customers. Shop materials and products were fine with a good selection, however the staff require customer service training course! If you’re looking for warm and friendly staff DONT go there!!!! Don’t think I’ll be returning again, would rather have to travel than walk for better customer service."

"Top class tool, paint, plumbing, carpentry, electric shop for small, mid range construction job.Perfect for Dyi and maintenance. Also great product for wood finish especially flooring. Located in great locations near central London. Pimlico, Battersea, Kensington Olympia, Finchley, Shoreditch, Nothing Hill and others. Do not believe people who give one star and saying that staff is rude and with lack of knoeledge. For sure they don't know what they are talking about. Go to b&q, tp, Hitchcock, screefix, toolstation to gather some expertise. Staff is always helpful and trying the best. And if so I don't blame no one who is working in London under low paid scheme or low skill how you call it to be rude. I am giving 4 stars as all shops do not have much in stock from ironmongery only good range on display."
