"It's a good enough hardware shop and has a fairly decent amount of stuff, but the opening hours are incredibly annoying and the cavalier "help yourself" attitude to the delivery pick up just makes them look like they could not give a monkey's if your stuff gets stolen."

"Haven't seen a minimum spend on a card machine for absolutely years. He used RMS, which has a marginal transaction fee anyway so just uses it as an excuse to get people to buy more items. The prices are plucked out of thin air, and the receipt doesn't detail an itemized list of what you've bought, so you have no idea how much things cost. If I didn't need screws urgently, I'd have opted for Amazon. If he did business in a fair way, i.e., tell me how much I pay for things and no minimum charge, I'd give him some business. Won't be going back, and will be telling others to go elsewhere. Great to have a shop with odds and sods but in desperate need of new ownership and a revamp."
