"I wouldn't even rate this shop one star. AVOID! Useless staff and extremely rude owner. Only out to take your money. I bought two expensive bulbs from the store, once returning back to my office I discovered I'd been given the wrong ones (Very annoying). After going back to exchange them we then realised it wasn't the bulb that needed replacing it was the light fixture that had broken. Returning to the store I was told I couldn't get a refund?! Nowhere in the shop does it state this clearly made up policy. Instead I was handed a mobile phone and told to speak to the owner. He was rude and not understanding in the slightest. The worst customer service I ever experienced."
