"Rude, superior and unhelpful, and thats the good stuff. They gave me the wrong info and prices on the phone and once I had got all the way to Wandsworth there was no apology, just adamant denial. They then said "just give her a refund" which I said I did not want so he told me to "get out" of their shop. I said I had just paid £350 and I would be taking MY supplies with me. They sound like stockbrokers but unfortunately do not have any manners. I am 53 and female .... maybe they just dont like older women?"

The guy was rude and unhelpful and point blank refused. In future, I will be using the bigger stores like selco and screwfix who are cheaper and don't have any issues when you take things back."
