I was a little confused about how it could be both and instead of following my gut instinct and clarifying in the comments that I required a choker I received the default of a bracelet. I contacted them and they responded immediately and arranged to send out the choker length cord (my request, rather than shipping the item back and forth) along with where I could find instructions on how to attach it.
