"Don’t bother if you want a premium brand paint such as LittleGreene, they have no clue. Mixed me the wrong colour after having to sign a receipt to confirm colour, brand and finish so pointless. I returned the paint which they replaced, fair enough but once I’d put it on the wall, the second batch appeared to be the wrong finish (eggshell not Matt). Not their fault, they say, as they only add the pigment - to their credit, they did refund me for this batch and they said they would return the paint to LittleGreene for analysis. This was months ago I never heard anything back from Leyland. I’ve since been in touch with LittleGreene who never received it. All in all a terrible decorating experience and zero apologies from Leyland."

"After just arriving home to a jammed door, I went into the shop to buy some WD40. 2 absolutely clueless and laughing girls behind the counter refused to sell it to me as ‘their till told them they had to ask for ID.’ I’m 38 years old. There is not a person in the world that would believe that I’m under 18, and yet they refused to sell me the oil. Common sense is not something that you’re going to find in this shop, go elsewhere."

"Today I went to another paint shop who didn’t have any of what I wanted. I stopped at the Tooting store hoping they would be able to help. I told Aneta what I needed - it was a lot as we are moving and need the whole house painted! There was no drama - it was all calm, and the paint was mixed and ready in no time! Very helpful, friendly and professional! Plenty of stock on all shelves. If I wasn’t moving out of London I would definitely go back for my decorating needs! Thank you"
