"I wish I could score this shop zero. The man behind the counter at Birkdale "wines" is hands down the rudest person I have ever been served by. I walked to the counter & was ignored by the older man at the back of the shop, I said "hi, excuse me can you help?" And he shouted at me to "JUST WAIT!" while he carried on filling the shelf. He eventually came over with an attitude & the other customer trying to use the Hermes machine looked at me and said "he's always this rude". He was muttering and glaring at me when he noticed the man struggling with his parcel and he just started repeatedly shouting at him "DO NOT TOUCH THE MACHINE!!" and left me waiting while he told him off. I will go to the Texaco garage next time where the staff are really polite & helpful and advise others to do the same."

"A terrible experience trying to get the rude horrible man to hand over my parcel (this shop is used as a Hermes parcel shop). Had to go back on 3 occasions to be shouted at and abused. Never again and I highly recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a shop."

"I used this shop on a daily basic and ive notice my money was short on a few times and I only notice when I leave the shop and when I say to him its short he tells me its not an when I ask for cigs he give me the wrong ones after I pay I relised and tell him and he just swaps it and dosent the difference so he makes like 1 pound 50. And when I've asked him to get something for me he dosent and I cant get it as im only small he needs to lose his job .It use to be a good shop They have lost a good customer who spends atlest 30 pound each time I go in that shop"

"I used this shop to return a parcel to Amazon. I did not know how to use the scanner. The unpleasant man behind the counter did not want to explain what to do. I asked him to come over and show me as I was only customer in shop. Reluctantly he did come over, pointing and muttering. Everything seemed to be too much trouble for him. I did get the parcel accepted, but I won’t be going back there for any reason whatsoever ever."
