"Zero stars, nobody knew anything. They kept asking other members of staff and they were NOT happy to help. Why would they hire people that have zero product knowledge and who think work is high school ? It seems the most you can expect from staff here is that they will stock shelves. I am curious to know is customer service and product knowledge is part of the job description ? I even over heard staff saying they hate working there and can only do it for 6 month max. I also asked for help and one member of staff told me he is not working sorry, he is waiting for his lift as he stood talking to the cashier. This is how you waste customers time, and mis sell, min inform and even cause accidents when the staff have no interest in working here but just want a pay cheque lose lose situation"

"The only reason for four stars is; while I was there another customer had to deal with a rude and inattentive staff member which is a real pity as every staff member that I came into contact with were polite, friendly and helpful, (they get 5 stars each). There is plenty of parking and a decent range of stuff for the diyer. There is a trade section but to be fair it seems more of a domestic plus section, erbauer tools etc. not really used by the trade. As I have already pointed out though, the benefit of the shopping experience comes from great staff, and it seems all, but one, were just tha... Great!"

"1 Systems don't work - I received a message that my item was ready for in-store collection which it wasn't, and staff openly admitted that their IT systems sent this message out the next day to customers regardless of whether items were ready to collect or not. 2 Unprofessional attitude of the Staff / Treat customer like they're in the wrong - had the gall to argue with me that the issue I was encountering was not bad customer service because it was an "automated service". I begged to differ. Also, could not handle "being interrupted" and letting me speak, becoming increasingly rude 3 Lack of communication within the store / seem to like wasting customer time - staff walked off when I was in conversation with them to go and work on the tills, leaving me in the lurch and unsure what was going on (I was led to believe he was looking for the my product on the shelves) 4 Unable to refund for absent items - I asked for a refund, but they were unable to provide this saying they didn't have the product. Why should this matter when they've taken my cash? Again, it seems their IT systems are at fault 5 Unwilling to help resolve issues - frequently directed to "customer services" which I assume is a contact centre where they can throw all issues over the fence to."
