"Rude Staff. Endless queues! Queried the price when I got to till as wasn't what was written on the shelf I picked it up from. Rather than answer my polite query the lady just kept repeating the price. To every question I asked! Over and over. So I left put the wood in the car and went back to check the price and just as I thought it was completely the wrong item. Didn't have time to return as now late for job and queue had 10 people now! Train your staff! Or don't actually, I'm not coming back!"
