"One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had in my life. Me and a friend went to the shop to buy some jewellery and the staff made us feel so uncomfortable. They kept giving us weird looks and one lady just kept following us around the shop as if we were going to steal something because we’re young south asian women (and apparently all we’ll ever amount to are criminals). I honestly expected better from them and we left without buying anything because of how uncomfortable we felt. Never going there again."
