"Not enough stock in the shop, the staff outside are useless. Went there to buy some plasterboard and other stuff and 4 of them sitting around forklift chatting and making jokes and when i tell them i need something they told me they are all busy, one of them started serving someone in front of me and after 15min of waiting i left. I’ve been in this shope few times now and always but always they ran out of products or don’t have it. I will avoid from now on."
"Service was great in store but...the point of reserving and paying for items online for collection is to save time. My order, 2 hours after buying online, had not been picked and I had to help the salesman find the items off the shelf. I don’t have this problem with other companies such as Screwfix"
