"Helpful and friendly staff, even though it was a busy Saturday my order was processed promptly and staff were still smiling. Perhaps computer systems could be updated to help staff help customers, one item was out of stock when asked if there was an alternative this seemed to bewilder the assistant, he didn't even have a page number on his screen and had to randomly thumb through pages of the catalogue until I picked one up and looked in the index to tell him the page. Had to return the next day for an exchange and was served by a less experienced staff member who didn't seem as friendly but with the help of his supervisor the transaction was dealt with well and swiftly. Overall a good experience."
