"This is a good place to shop until something goes wrong. I bought a set of Torx keys, but the size I was after didn't fit in the screw I was trying to remove. My other torx bits of the same size fit perfectly but the new one I bought (because I needed one with a longer shaft) was just too large to fit in the screws properly. I tried to exchange the set a day after I bought it but the store clerk outright refused to even try to accommodate me or contact the supplier about this faulty product. Really poor service, they won't see me again."
