"I totally disagree with a few negative Feedback, against Amtech ,Steve is is very fair and professional man,honest and very helpful .I bought a jump starter a few years back,the machine didn't seem to respond when i needed to use,i contact Amtech,i spoke and explained to Steve ,and he said i will get you a replacement, but i didn't contact Amtech for a replacement,i only contacted them for some information about the jumper starter,,so i was surprised and said,how can i have a replacement the guarantee is over the time? Steve said okay thanks for telling me.that. a few days later i received a brand new Jump starter from Amtech, I still can't Thank Steve and co. enough for they Generosity.To you all at Amtech Thank you again Giovanni."
