Wants customers to pay for his mistakes/errors. Wrong size flue purchased. BE MINDFUL OF USING THIS COMPANY AND AGREE COST BEFORE Boiler failed on washer in flue, but replaced full flue, when nothing wrong with flue Minimum disturbance (but may have not been needed) friendly, pleasant, informative, reliable, good communication, on time with in appointment bracket.
