"Be aware, when paying for your materials, check your receipt as they tried to steal from me, I was charged more than double the amount of money and despite asking the girl, Silvia to check again, she rudely refused and asked me to go somewhere else if I don't like it. I have raised my complaint with the head office 5 days ago but no one contacted me. Simply they don't care. Like other people who left a comment, customer service is very bad, always has been. Silvia needs a lot of training in customer services. I have found better products at Wickes and you get 10% off every time."
"General building materials, loads of parking good prices, but not for everything, screws and fixings. Not so competitive compare to Toolstation and Screwfix, but very nice in general and very nice staff and very helpful as always."
