"We took our young grandson today for the Santa sleighride. A wonderful day with fantastic staff who are incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. An imaginative setting from reception through to Santa's village. A magical experience and one we will certainly repeat annually. The mulled wine is great for the adults too. A five star experience."
"We went to piglets today as a family and the children fully enjoyed their day. We were all exhausted after a busy day, kids all played out and we are all shattered from the heat. The staff are full of energy and obviously enjoy working there. They were courteous, friendly and polite. The only thing we would like to see is more sheltered areas from the sun, as shade was limited and the beach area was lovely for the kids to get messy, dig and burn off some energy, however we expected more water, like a paddling pool where the adults could cool off too. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you."
