"I did not bother using this company as they stated my car repairs estimate was in a queue - and that was all the information I received. No details of how long it would take to estimate and repair. Not good when the car is required for work. No empathy at all. I decided to use my own choice of repairer once authorised and it was estimated same day, parts delivered and repaired in under a week.
