"Booked a service call for AEG fridge freezer. Engineer came on time as arranged and wore a face mask on entry. Although he wasn't able to repair my fridge freezer, he gave a detailed explanation as to why it was beyond repair and must have spent a good hour at my home. I was therefore happy to pay the very reasonable service charge. He also gave advice on sourcing a replacement. He was not pushy and did not try to "sell" me a replacement. He simply gave advice on what he could and couldnt supply at that present time. It is rare to find a company with this level of professionalism and I would have no hesitation in calling them again or recommending to friends and family."
