"Had a service done today on my E220 Merc, cheaper than a main dealer whilst using official products so a no brainier for me. Friendly staff on arrival, car well looked after and all current guidelines met for Covid 19 safety. I also got dropped home and picked back up by one of the garage drivers so I wasn’t waiting around whilst work was carried out in my car. Car feels better now, service book up to date, couldn’t ask for more."
"Charged me £90 to diagnose a vibration problem. Didn't do the diagnostic scan they promised to do, but quoted me over £500 to replace engine mounts which they claimed were worn. Took it to another BMW specialist, who told me the engine mounts were fine, the vibration was a loose piece of engine trim which they sorted for free. They also didn't respond when I contacted them to discuss this. After this experience, I can't trust the Bavarians and won't use them again."
