"The stoe is in chaos. This had been recognised by Well Pharmacy Head Office. Their repeat prescription service is currently running over 1 week late due to staff shortage."
"Told to wait all day for medicine not in stock. Arrived at the pharmacy at two o'clock only to be told that they dont have the prescription sheet from the GP. After a journey to the GP for the prescription, we went back and were informed to wait at least two hours for all the medication to be dispensed. Once we returned at 5 and waited for 20 minutes only to be told that the medicine was not in stock! What was extremely unprofessional was one staff member shouting across the shop the exact name of a medication with no regard for patient confidentiality. Awful awful pharmacy with heinous attitude and service. Vile staff who want to shaft you whenever they can before smirking. Other pharmacy's can give you a prescription almost immediately whereas this pharmacy thinks they're on holiday."
"I have just visited the shop to collect a prescription for my partner and before I could even finish the sentence asking for it, the very rude woman behind the counter snapped at me that she couldn't hand out prescriptions because there is no pharmacist. No apology or information was offered as to when I might collect the medication. This woman is in the wrong job. Terrible customer care in a place where many people visiting are already feeling unwell and could do without being treated so unkindly."
"Appalling customer service, called up today to ask if my prescription had been received from my doctor. The assistant who answered the phone in a terrible and abrupt Manor, spoke to me in a disgusting way, I was polite and asked when it would be ready for me to collect and Emma told me I am welcome to come and sit until this afternoon, bearing in mind it is 11 am when it called. I explained that I am currently waiting for major surgery and in a lot of pain, currently on morphine that wouldn't be possible. She replied ' we all have a cross to bare I am registered disabled'. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She began to talk to me with a terrible attitude, I asked why this was and she said I am hanging up the phone the prescription will be ready to collect in 15 minutes. When I called back to speak with pharmacist ( lee) he did apologise and said they were under a lot of pressure, which I understand but I am sick, depressed and in a lot of pain. I asked lee for the number to head office and he said I have spoken to my assistant and heard her part of the story, I don't meant that meant. I was explaining what had happened and the pharmacist lee was saying I am hanging up the phone as I can tell you are very angry, I was just saying what had happened. Absolutely disgusting for a medical professional to be dishonest in that way and make out that I and caused this issue. To be spoken to in that way for no reason is absolutely awful. I shall never use my local pharmacy again."
