"I have given 1 star when there should be none! What on earth has happened to Murray’s? They used to be so good, now they are dreadful. Halesowen Cornbow closes in the morning whilst they mess around inside, they never answer the phone and they’re delivery service takes over a week!!! My personal experience happened with Thornhill Road where they delivered 2 packs of my medication and a pack for a prescription done on the following day. The problem was that the 2 items came from one prescription which contained 8 items so I phoned to ask why. On the 48th call a lady answered and explained that they were awaiting one of my items!!! I called at the chemist only to be told that was not the case and they made a mistake not delivering. Then proceeded to tell me that it takes 2 days to get prescription from the doctor, again a lie as my prescription was ordered one day and then processed date on my tablets was next day. How can we believe these people, they are supposed to help us, if they want to stay as part of the community then they had better up their game as I have heard bad reports from lots of people about both pharmacies."
