"Went in to collect my 85 yrs. old mom's antibiotic prescription and told an uncertain, unfriendly, unprofessional, manner that it is 48hrs waiting, and then told that she had not even started on the prescriptions. The other lady then told me that the prescription had gone out on today's van delivery. I arrived at my mom's who lives with my sister and her husband and the prescription was already there.... Some people should find a job to which they are more suited, Eg feeding the animals on the zoo, springs to mind though I am sure the animals are better treated and spoken to..."
