"Infuriating that I have to take time off work to pick up my prescriptions. Services in the 21st century need to extend beyond 9-5 Mon-Fri periods when most of the country is working. Perhaps this surgery only caters for the unemployed? The medical centre has gone downhill since Covid and hasn't recovered. I've never seen my doctor, even once. Only spoken to him once, I think. Could have been anyone. I find the reception staff to often be coarse and unapproachable. The only good thing about this place, is the nurses are second to none. I would rather have a nurse look after my wellbeing than my doctor. They have at least seen me in person."
