"My mum called the pharmacy to find out why her prescription hasn’t been delivered and they said unfortunately no one will be coming to deliver due to staff shortage. No one notified her that she would be without medication. Her medication ran out and had to wait till someone could deliver. It was the fact that no one told her there may be a delay with her medication that upset her."
