"After recently moving home I was looking for a new salon. I’m used to going to a really good salon originally but while in lakeside decided to give Eden a go. When I got in the job was rushed, my white tips were not even , air bubbles in the varnish. Just no attention to detail. The manager was being mean to his colleagues. Noticed that he was meanest to the Asian girl and tolerated the white girl technician more. So seems his aggression is selective. They speak rudely to customers and are rushing them. They take payment upfront where most places don’t. Overall a very mediocre salon. If you want 2* star nails go for it."

"This is the most unprofessional nailsalon I have ever been to. I first attended the salon in September and I witnessed a customer being ganged up on by three nail technicians and essentially forced the customer to leave without getting their nails fully done but having paid fully amount. I blamed the customer and not the staff. However, today, 22/12/2022, I received the worst customer service in my whole adult life. Both managers a male and female named Mary were rude, disrespectful and exhibit worst customer service. It then dawned on me that if the management is rude, it ir the obvious tone of the whole salon and I have vowed never to step foot in there. I have informed loved ones and they will inform theirs never to consider stepping foot at Eden."

"Always happy with my nails. Kate, Daiva, and Ellie are all lovely technicians that take their time perfecting your nails. I always book online, as they are a very busy salon and I like to ensure I have an appointment. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. But I started going to Eden when the first store opened years ago, so I know what to expect when I go in. You may get a few people doing your nails. You may move seats. You may catch management on a bad day. But aside from one recent bad SNS experience, which Mary and Zuzanna rectified, I haven't had many others. I have tried a few other salons in Thurrock, but they never leave me as happy as a trip to Eden does so I won't go anywhere else now. Update - December 2022 Just had my SNS extensions done by Ellie and she did a wonderful job of my Christmas glittery nails, really pleased with how they came out. Ellie took her time, and made sure I had the shape I wanted and that all my nails matched."

"So happy with the service I received! I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seen within 15/20mins. I asked for white tip gel polish and for my old acrylic removed. The service was fast, all staff were really friendly and I’m really happy with how my nails look! Will definitely be coming back"

"From start to finish my experience with this establishment was awful. I went along with another person for a manicure/pedicure for my holiday and the difference between how we were treated was astonishing. My technician spent more time on her phone and kept disappearing to the point that my friend had finished and had to wait for me. I had tips and a French manicure on my hands with a minimal flower design that another technician came to do. The design was poorly done, with my friend making a suggestion to define it. The technician then set it before checking I was happy with it, so had no choice but to accept it as it was. And had to pay £95 for the pleasure. Upon holiday return, the French manicure tips began to lift (two fell off completely), so my friend and I went back to have them removed. My friend was treated well, just like the first time, shown to a massage chair and full treatment on her feet and hands done at the table. Myself on the other hand, had one technician start and when she ripped my own nail trying to file off the polish, she transferred me over to someone else to finish while she went to sweep the floor. They managed to break all my own nails in the process and was then treated to an 'under the table' removal of toe polish. And, this all cost me another £20. I will most certainly not be going back."
