"lady was nice, although she was very rough. My nails came out wonky and bumpy. my two index fingers are also two different lengths due to poor measurement. It was a very slow service as it said it would only take 30 mins for one person, me and my friend went there and it took 2.5 hours. i asked for a frenchtip, the nail was bumpy and she charged me an extra £5 for the tip to be white. She also moved my hand away too trying to move onto the other hand, smudged it and then told me to "be careful." Overall, i shall not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone else."
