"I had my nails done 3 weeks ago for the first time is years and loved them. Acrylic tips French manicure shellac. Perfect. . £40. I thought I’d go back for in fills & pedicure. I was told on phone £30 infills shellac £25 pedicure normal mail polish. . So I Treated myself after a touch week. Sadly the young guy was no longer there. So a another young man was doing them for me. . At first I was happy but when I questioned the length of my nails & the shape I wanted the young lady told me to wait till he did the dipping powder , which I questioned the colour & asked to see the circle of colour choices . Again the girl who worked there questioned me & was very rude & abrupt to me. I was shocked how rude she was.. I wasn’t happy and I tried to explain myself but she reduced me to tears with No apologie!.. The young guy gave me a tissue .. I had to keep my cool bite my lip & be quiet !.. . The guy was happy to oblige me & then redo the white tips as they were awful.. he felt awkward & I couldn’t wait for them to be done & leave . Then they charged me £65. I questioned this as it was £10 more & she rudely told me it was £65. I paid and left as they are terrible. Red nail polish around my short toenails & white French manicure spots missing on the ends of the nails. … it’s must have been a bad day for them as it was for me. ! #money wasted"

A male member of staff provided these gorgeous, acrylic extensions. He was polite, attentive, took his time. I will definitely return to Lily's Nails, thank you!"

They create your nails how you want them, from gels to special designs or powder and if your having a pedicure they won't let you down they are fab at that too, their customer service is 10/10, the staff are brilliant, truly skilled.
