"I wouldn’t recommend I messages them on Instagram for nails i wanted for my 21st and they assured me they could do them, i booked with them and they couldnt do them. By then it was too late for me to go somewhere else and they charged £35 for a white tip nails. Which are usually cheaper to get in other nail shops, they seem like they just want to get people in and out the chair as soon as possible. My friend also realised that on their intergram page they steal other peoples work when she saw their was a watermark from another company."

"***Update*** This is a genuine review with no lies told, owner clearly isn't reading this properly. Avoid!!! We used to really love their work then they got rude, sloppy and damaged our nails... As with plenty other nails shops we've tried. When we confronted them a new member of staff/family member tried to blame us and talk to us like we're children . After our nails basically melted after being left in acetone for almost 40mins and far too much filing on already weak nails... Our nails took almost 6mths to heal from the damage and poor care from whoever their newest person is... Heaven please learn to listen to your customers with respect and not allow a child to service customers if you're busy. If you're short staffed do not take on walkins and try to do multiple customers at once for the money. If people are sensitive, be gentle, patient and not rude because we pay you for customer care and quality service.... Do better and you'll not lose customer and potential customers... "My first time going to Heaven Nails. Whilst having a simple set of acrylics done, the nail technician cut into my fingers several times using the nail file. I completely understand accidents can happen however I have been left with cuts on most of my fingers. When I could feel the nail file cutting into me I flinched and pulled my hand away to show it hurt and Instead of sorry I got told that the reason was because my nail shape was difficult to do as my nail length was relatively short and that next time I should go for a longer length. I appreciate the advice, however I always have my nails this length with my previous nail techs and I have never had this issue so severely. I have been left my finger tips becoming very swollen and has caused me a lot of pain for several days since getting my nails done. On top of this, the attention to detail of my nails was relatively poor. The acrylic ended up over the sides of my actual nail and not having my cuticles sorted properly leaving them looking messy. I have never had an experience like this before I am very disappointed this has been my first time visiting Heaven Nails."

"Lovely welcoming people, my nails were perfect and I could tell how much they care about attention to detail. Definitely my new go to nail shop when I’m in Bexleyheath. Also, if anyone has read “Raeetaee” review please ignore. I was sat next to her the entire time and she waited until they were finished complain. She was extremely rude, on the phone talking badly about them as the lady was doing her nails. Everyone in the nail shop was shocked at how rude she was and I am very proud of the people who worked there for still being so accommodating to her. So please do not take her review into any consideration when looking to get your nails done. I couldn’t recommend this place enough !!"
