"Terrible customer service as on 3 occasions I have booked an appointment and each time have still had to wait over 20 minutes with no acknowledgement, apology or compensation. Dan nails is extremely overpriced for their level of skill as simple designs such as a French tip is a struggle for them which I would assume is a basic level of nail art. The staff laugh and gossip about customers and are extremely unprofessional which creates an uncomfortable environment and I will not be returning."

The salon itself is really nice and modern (definitely the most aesthetically pleasing nail salon in the area) The staff are also lovely and welcoming. Little added extras like being offered a drink make all the difference and the prices are reasonable too. Very happy with my nails and would definitely recommend."

"Hello, don’t go here. I asked for a certain letter and style which isn’t that hard to do i could literally do it myself and i’m not a nail technician but they had to redo it a million times and the letter is wonky, uneven and doesn’t look good. I had to order stickers to cover the mess. They didn’t clean the bottom of my nails either. Spent £38 for this stuff and keep in mind they charged my friend £35 for one colour only and no style or letters. Just a plain colour. Don’t waste your money"
