"I was put in touch with TWD's sister firm Bailey Oster to assist with my tax return. Absolutely shocked at the service quality provided. Poor communication, no updates or results, and I'm having to continuously chase up with little acknowledgement or progress on my tax return- it feels as if I'm begging them or being an annoyance. Incredibly disappointed as this firm was recommended to me by an individual who works closely with the Association of Optometrists and has a long history with them, and I assumed it would be a reliable recommendation. Most definitely will not be using them again - it's been months. If I receive no update in the next few days, I'll be moving on to another firm as this one is beyond unprofessional. I did explicitly ask the gentleman I was put in contact with whether they were taking on new clients and he didn't say they weren't so to accept a job and then leave a client hanging is simply unacceptable. I would have been perfectly happy had I been told they have too much to do currently and that they cannot take on more work, but instead I've got nothing, had nothing communicated to me and it's beyond ridiculous. I'm not the type to complain and I'm quite accommodating but this has gone too far and it's ridiculous."

"TWD provide a good, cheap basic service. You fill in their forms and provide basic information and they produce your accounts and do your tax return. If you have a query, they answer it. They are a professional, efficient organisation who take over the annoying work."

"I employed TWD to file a non-resident capital gains return on a property which we sold. The return that they sent for approval stated that we would owe 5600 pounds which I questioned because another accountant said that we would owe nothing. After two weeks of back and forth trying to figure out the discrepancy, I found a statement on another accountant's website that proved that I did not owe any tax. I was told that the original miscalculation occurred because I did not provide enough information to begin with, even though I had filled in all the forms that I had been sent. When I complained to the manager about this I was given no apology for being blamed for the miscalculation. I would not recommend TWD's services."
